碉堡信託是由柬埔寨證券監管局(SERC)及信託局(TR)批准，依照柬埔寨王國《信託法》設立的信託機構，服務項目包含基金保管、個人信託及商業信託等客製化信託服務，我們的服務以客戶為優先，結合國內外金融、法務相關背景之專業人士，提供具競爭力的價格及高安全性的資產管理服務，為眾人所信賴的金融碉堡。
信託收費可分為三項目：1.信託服務費用2.信託登記費用及3.其他費用
1.信託服務費用為信託公司收費，依資產價值級距收費。
2.信託登記費用為柬埔寨信託登記之規費，依資產價值級距收費。
3.其他費用如盡職調查、資產過戶、資產估價等相關服務依客戶需求及第三方協力廠商報價計收。
信託公司為受柬埔寨信託部門管轄之持牌機構，相較於一般人頭代持有更高的資產安全性，且每個案件將於信託部進行登記並取得登記證書，以確保客戶資產受柬埔寨信託法管轄。
如委託人位於台灣，碉堡信託將協助委託台灣顧問團隊辦理，一切手續及相關安排以符合柬國法規為準，需準備文件包含信託合約及相關登記文件。
如有變更受益人或其他服務，須由委託人提出書面申請，相關修約或增補契約書擬寫費用，依政府規費及律師事務所報價為準。
中文並非柬埔寨官方語言，一般簽約仍以柬文為主，中文或英文為輔。
依現行柬埔寨信託法規定，信託登記最長可為99年。
一般辦理時程約需三個月，客戶可依需求選擇加急服務。
根據信託法規定，辦理信託除與信託公司簽訂信託合約外，信託公司有義務協助委託人於柬埔寨信託部進行信託登記，並取得登記證書，以確保所保管資產受柬國信託法保障。
信託期間如信託公司倒閉，委託人可持信託登記證書於柬埔寨信託部申訴，將該信託資產取回或轉至其他持牌信託公司。
