SOU Socheat, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as Director General of the Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), Excellences, ladies, and gentlemen who are representing all regulators under the FSA, Trust Regulator, and registered companies.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stronghold Trustee has the privilege of being present at the ceremony.
